1. Terms and Conditions Tattu By You Boxes

  • All deliveries are made by DPD, tracking information will arrive via email or text before 11am on your delivery date.
  • Delivery is next day only including Saturdays and is priced starting at £7.50.
  • Orders over £150 attract free delivery.
  • Once you receive tracking information and accept your delivery time, please note if you are not in to receive or specify a safe place, under the terms of our courier the food box will be destroyed due to perishable food contents.
  • If you make arrangements with DPD such as leave in a safe place or with your neighbour, we cannot take responsibility for lost items and this can only be dealt with by DPD directly.
  • We recommend you transfer items to the fridge immediately on receipt and consume within 48 hours, no items are suitable for freezing.
  • If you have ordered drinks or wine these items will arrive separately to your food box.
  • Cancellations must be received by Midnight on Sunday the week before your delivery by contacting store@tattu.co.uk.

2. Terms and Conditions Drink Products

  • Delivery cost is £5 under £150 or free delivery over £150.
  • All deliveries are made by DPD, tracking information will arrive via email or text before 11am on your delivery date.
  • If you have ordered food boxes or wine these items will arrive separately.
  • Cancellations must be received as soon after ordering by contacting store@tattu.co.uk. we cannot guarantee cancellations 24 hours before the day of delivery.

3. Lost or Damaged Items.

  • Damaged in Transit
  • If you take delivery and the contents have been damaged in transit we will require photographic evidence to feedback to our suppliers and courier.
  • Incorrect or Lost Items
  • If we have sent an incorrect item or your box has been lost please notify us at store@tattu.co.uk. as soon as possible or within 24 hours of delivery/expected delivery. We cannot accept any returns due to the perishable items within the box. Tattu cannot accept liability for lost or damaged boxes whilst in transit. Please contact DPD in this instance.

4. Returns Drinks

  • In the rare circumstances a breakage occurs or good are deemed faulty, Tattu will happily offer a refund if the item has not been used. Please contact us at store@tattu.co.uk. within 14 days of receipt.
  • We may require photographic evidence of any product or packaging with which you are dissatisfied for our own records and we will notify you of this via email. Returns can be sent to FAO Tattu Store, Tattu Manchester, Unit 2 Gartside Street, Manchester M3 3EB. Unfortunately we cannot cover return shipping costs.
  • If we choose to provide a full or part refund, this will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to a credit card or your original method of payment.
